What to do??
Alright, so I have a huge debate right now. I want to go to Africa, Zambia to be precise, I really want to do it, but it will cost me like $5000. Which is a hell of a lot of money. Plus I would be going on a trip with a whole bunch of people that I don't know, and spending most of the trip building houses. Now I really want to do it, it is something that I have always wanted to do. But it is expensive and I am scared shitless of it, so I don't really know where that leaves me. What should I do? It would be in May and with Habitat for Humanity. So I am looking for any form of advice that people want to give me, if people feel like sharing ideas, if not, well who knows, I think I have already made up my own mind, but I thought I would throw it out there for feedback!

It sounds like an awesome experience, you'd be fine with strangers you're friendly enough, and I know you wouldn't regret it.
The key is finding a way to get $5000. . .I vote sleeping with 50 fat chicks for $100. . .
Or you could sleep with 5000 REALLY fat chicks for $1.
I vote for option 2
I agree...even about the fat chicks. If you have $5000 you should do it!
definately do it! I always wanted to do something like that, so if You get the oppurtunity then you can't pass it up!! And don't be scared...it'll be na amazing experience! Tell the kids :D
You should do it hailey! I'm hoping to go to Kenya somehow this summer, and I'm scared of it too, but I know it'll be an amazing experience. Even if you hate everyone and you have an awful time (which you won't), you'll still have learned and experienced way more than you ever could staying here. You can do it!!
